Project Inquiry

Prescriptive incentives are paid a pre-defined amount per unit for certain measures in the following categories:

  • Interior Lighting.
  • Exterior Lighting.
  • Lighting Controls.
  • HVAC.
  • Refrigeration.
  • Commercial Kitchen Equipment.
  • Miscellaneous.

• Prescriptive projects with estimated incentive amounts of less than $5,000 do not need to obtain pre-approval, provided that the application and supporting documentation is submitted within 30 days of project installation.

• All projects must meet measure requirements to qualify for an incentive. For questions regarding eligibility and requirements, please contact us prior to starting your project.

• For prescriptive Commercial Duct Sealing and HVAC Tune Up measures under $5,000 in estimated incentives, please contact us prior to project implementation to verify program requirements.
